Yes! With the DABB app, you can activate as many DABB devices as you want with the same account / profile. Just activate your new DABB device with a tap on "Activate DABB" in the App menu!

Users can use multiple DABB devices linked to their profile!

DABB sticks nicely to all case materials except leather. For these types of cases, we recommend either sticking the DABB device underneath your case (DABB works through most cases).

For all other cases including placing directly on the phone, DABB is ready to go!

Nope! DABB does not have any effect on your phone's wireless charging capabilities. You can still use wireless charging with your DABB devices attached.

Make sure the iPhone is in the list of Compatible Devices

Make sure to touch your DABB device to the very top of the back of their phone.

For iPhones, use the top of the back of the device to read a DABB device.

• A DABB device CANNOT be read when:

• - the phone is in airplane mode

• - their device flashlight is on

• - their phone screen is locked

• - their camera is open

Make sure the Android is in the list of Compatible Devices

Make sure to touch your DABB device at the very centre of the back of their phone.

For Androids, use the centre of the back of the device.

Turn on NFC capabilities in their phone settings

If the phone is on the compatible devices list and is still not reading your DABB device, please have them search for NFC in phone settings and make sure that "NFC" is turned on!

• A DABB device CANNOT be read when:

• - the phone is in airplane mode

• - their device flashlight is on

• - their phone screen is locked

• - their camera is open

Some Android phones have NFC turned off! Go to your phone settings and search for "NFC" and toggle it “ON”

iPhone 5S and almost all non-NFC Android phones can use their camera to scan your personalized DABB QR code. Your DABB QR code can be found in your profile by tapping the menu button on the top left corner.

When your DABB device has been dispatched and is on its way, you will receive an email or text message with a link to your tracking information! You can use the same and track your order via the app or our website.

NO! the DABB app is meant to provide a better experience & security once you have already purchased the DABB device.

You cannot share to another phone with just your DABB app.

When two DABB’sters connect the option for DABB chat opens up!

Use the end-to-end encrypted chat feature within the DABB app to chat with connections & make sure you never lose a connection again!

When two DABB’sters connect they form a connection!

You can always go back and view your connection anytime you want & view their shared profile!

A DABB device is needed for you to share your information & you can buy the same from www.mydabb.com or by downloading the DABB App from the Google Play Store or iOS App Store.

Step 1: You will need to create your DABB account using either your mobile number or email id.

Step 2: Link your DABB device. (Android Users to switch “ON” NFC in their settings)

Android Users: will need to switch “ON” NFC in their settings & then tap their DABB device to their phones to link.

iPhone Users: can tap their DABB device to link

Step 3: Set up basic details in your Profile - Display Picture, Name, Age, Short Bio

Step 4: Once your profile is ready, click on the "ADD" symbol at the bottom right corner to set up your profile

Step 5: Once your profile links are added - Start DABB'ing!

Facebook: Copy your profile link from your Facebook app & paste in it the DABB app.

LinkedIn: Copy your profile link from your LinkedIn app & paste in it the DABB app.

Instagram: Enter your Instagram ID

Snapchat: Enter your Snapchat ID

If DABB users connect, the option for “Add a Connection” is available on their profile. A user can choose to add the other person as is Connection.

When two DABB users connect, the option for DABB Chat opens up. DABB Chat provides end-to-end encrypted networking between two DABB users.

Please make sure to place your DABB device near the locations shown in the images below to link your device for the 1st time.

NOTE: Always fix / stick your DABB device at the bottom of your phone after linking. Keep the reader area clear to read other DABB devices.
